this is another fun diy project that i've been looking forward to. i got the idea from (who else) martha. i modified the project by using a 8.5 x 11" paper and trimming it a bit and then cutting into four pieces. i then used a bone folder to crease the paper and used double side tape (half it's width) on 3 of the edges instead of glue.

Many people will call it a rice cake, but I choose not to, since dduk is absolutely nothing like those detestable diet puffed rice styrofoam disks.
